Business Right Direction

Fees

Choosing an accountant to look after your business affairs can be a daunting task.

It is important, therefore, that you find one that meets your expectations and needs at an affordable cost.

As every business is different, on making contact with us, you will be invited along to a free initial consultation with a Partner, Mr Simon Marshall FCCA, Mr Mark Smalley FCCA or Mr John Hibbert FCA. From personal experience, we have found that meeting us in person will enable you to judge whether we are the right accountants for you. Likewise, this also enables us to find out more about you and your business so we can provide you with a tailored quotation that matches your own individual or company requirements.

We also recognise that it is important for you to agree a fixed fee from the beginning, this can be payable monthly where possible to enable you to spread your costs throughout the year allowing you to manage your fees more easily.

We also like to keep in touch with our clients and encourage them to make regular contact with us if they have any queries or concerns, we do not raise invoices for short ten minute phone calls.

If you do ask us to undertake additional work outside our normal remit agreed with you in our terms of engagement then we will advise you that this is the case and give you an estimate of the likely fees, thus ensuring you have full control over any extra fees accruing.

Please give us a call us today to find out more or to arrange a free initial consultation meeting.

Fee Protection – Tax Investigation Insurance

H M Revenue & Customs can randomly select to investigate income tax and corporation tax payers so with the ever increasing risk of tax enquiries and investigations it is a good idea to consider protecting yourself from the accountancy costs incurred if you are selected for such an enquiry.

You can take out cover for the following:

  • Self assessment enquiries
  • PAYE enquiries
  • VAT enquiries
  • IR35 enquiries
Even if H M Revenue and customs reveals nothing as a result of an investigation, you will still have unexpected professional fees to pay.

We have no control over who is selected for investigation but we can make sure you have the necessary support in place should it happen to you.

Contact us to find out more about this or any of the other services we provide.
